Tinta del País (Tempranillo)  from the vineyard Finca La Guindalera contributes red fruit and fine tannins, while Cabernet Sauvignon from Finca Carrabocos adds aromatic complexity with notes of spices and menthol, enhancing both body and acidity.
Hand-harvested and manually selected grapes. Each variety is vinified separately, with a cold maceration of 5 days followed by fermentation and maceration over 20 days. The wine then undergoes malolactic fermentation in 500-liter barrels.
Aged for 12 months in new 300-liter French oak barrels. After aging, it is bottled and rests for at least 9 months in the cellar.
Bright cherry-red colour. Lively and expressive on the palate, with intense, firm tannins and a long, persistent finish that reveals ripe fruit and subtle spicy notes.

“Suum” means “one’s own” in Latin. A name that reflects the winery's approach to winemaking: authenticity, respect for the terroir, and a commitment to a process that prioritizes quality above all else.
