Grape variety: Listan blanco 33%, Marmajuelo 33%, Albillo – Criollo 33%
The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks between 18ºC and 20ºC. At the end of fermentation, the wine remains for three months on fine lees.
Straw yellow wine with a greenish reflection, clean and bright. On the nose: aroma of white fruit, aniseed and the smell of pastry that opens up into a floral bouquet. Rounded finish, fresh, but with body, presenting salty notes on the palate.
Pairing suggestion: pairs well with all kinds of fish, rice, fresh cheeses and salads.
