Veronica is a refined expression of 100% Pecorino, crafted by Le Caniette in the hills of Ripatransone, Marche. Grown on sandy soils rich in limestone at altitudes between 280 and 400 meters, the grapes are hand-harvested and gently vinified to preserve their natural character. After a careful cold maceration and a slow fermentation at 15°C, the wine is aged for six months in used barriques with regular batonnage, enhancing its texture and depth.

The result is a straw-colored white with an intense, fruity bouquet and a palate that is both savory and persistent.

With its vibrant character and elegant structure, Veronica pairs beautifully with seafood, white meats, and richly flavored dishes.
