Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay from Eger

Grapes were hand harvested in the early morning, then the skins were kept on for six hours. After the must settling, fermented and matured in two new 500-litre barrels, all while kept on fine lees.

Creamy texture with classic roasted notes, green apple, citrus. An elegant yet fresh Chardonnay!
