Grape variety: Verdejo
Made entirely of Verdejo grapes from La Pardina estate, the winery’s older and less productive vineyards. At the winery, winemakers keep pursuing the preservation of the variety, with maceration and controlled fermentation and subsequent ageing on lees for 3 months.
Limited Production: 50,000 bottles.
Appearance: Yellow green, vivid tones.
Nose: The notes of stone fruit (peach and apricot) with fennel in the background. High, cool, nice aromatic intensity.
Palate: Mouthfeel, very smooth, balanced, persistent and long acidity.
Pairing suggestion: combines perfectly with fish and fresh seafood, pasta, rice and white meat.
