Winemaker Stefano Posenato decided to do a late harvest to give particular characteristics and sensations to the wine. The hand-picked grapes were carefully controlled every day between the 6th of October and the 15th of November.

100% from Garganega grape, aged for one month in a bottle.

Pale straw yellow in color. The nose presents delicate floral notes of white blossoms, honeyed orchard fruit, and an undercurrent of dried almond. On the palate, it’s fresh and light-bodied, with crisp acidity and a pleasing minerality. Flavors include pear, apple, and a refined citrus lift, underscored by a soft, textured finish.

Ideal as an aperitif or served with light seafood, lake fish, and mild cheeses.
