MALCARACTER Wines is a sustainable project, in harmony with nature and terroir, seeking to recapture and enhance the indigenous varieties of wines. It is a return to the beginnings of the Ribera del Duero!
The harvest is manual, the fermentation is spontaneous, the wines are being produced following the most traditional processes and methods and are aged in oak barrels. Organic product.

MALCARACTER is a clear example of how Tempranillo can be articulated in Ribera del Duero and is a tribute to the unknown Castilian winegrowers of centuries past.

MALCARACTER is a cherry red coloured wine with violet rims. On the nose it's powerful with its spicy and black & candied fruit aromas. Aged for 6 months in French and American oak barrels and has a good structure with a ripe fruity finish.
Sustainable viticulture, no addition of mineral feeding, weed-killers, pesticides or insecticides.
