This elegant white from Monteforte d’Alpone in the heart of Soave is made from 100% Garganega, hand‑harvested and aged for four months after a brief on‑vine drying (“doppia maturazione ragionata”) in volcanic, basaltic soils.
Bright golden yellow in color. The nose offers pear, apricot, white flowers, almond, and herbal‑mineral notes - fresh and dry on the palate with lively acidity and a hint of salinity.
