Made entirely of Sauvignon Blanc grapes, the brand new summer wine of the Valdecuevas winery.

Appearance: Light yellow colour, vivid tones.

Nose: Notes of peach and apricot, gooseberry and grapefruit. High, cool, nice aromatic intensity.

Palate: Smooth, balanced, persistent and long acidity.

Pairing suggestion: shellfish, all kinds of fish, fresh cheeses, pasta, rice and white meat.
