Pale straw-coloured young wine with golden rims. Fresh and vibrant, a real summer wine with fair acidity, a pleasant body. Williams pear and lychee notes on the nose, with apple and fresh herbs in the background. Long lasting, intensive citrus fruit and gooseberry defines the taste character of the wine.

Pairing suggestion: Foie gras, creamy cheese (Brie), white fish and red fruits on ice cream.
