100% Freisa grapes, autochthonous variety of the Monferrato region, relative of Nebbiolo.
Ruby color with purple reflexes, intense fruity bouquet with notes of red fruits. Dry and well structured on the palate. Slightly tannic.
Vinification: Fermentation and ageing in stainless steel tank and in bottle.
Food pairing: good choice for salami and cooked salami, pancetta, bean-based dishes, grilled meat rich in fat and sausages.
