The valley of Hidaspetre is surrounded by forests where birdsong fills the air. This Kékfrankos selection represents the very best of this traditional wine. Full fruit flavours with a delicate peppery spice. An elegant and well-balanced wine with refreshing tannins.
Vinification: hand harvest, manual bunch selection, cooled fermentation for 14 days at 25C°. Ageing 15 months 50% in 1500 litre and 50% in 500 litre used barrels.
Serving temperature 16C°-18C°.
