Straw yellow with greenish reflections and fine, persistent bubbles. The nose is refined and persistent, characterised by distinctive mineral notes. On the palate, Glacier is elegant, crisp and completely dry, with a precise freshness and mineral character that beautifully express its Alpine mountain origin.
Made exclusively from Prié Blanc, the indigenous white grape of the high-altitude vineyards around Morgex and La Salle, the base wine undergoes its first fermentation in a combination of large larch-oak barrels and stainless steel tanks. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Traditional Method, followed by at least 24 months of ageing before disgorgement. Produced as Pas Dosé, without dosage adding sweetness after disgorgement, Glacier retains a particularly pure, dry and mineral expression of Prié Blanc and its exceptional Alpine terroir.
