Wine Description
100% organic plant protection, indicated by the little green grasshopper on the back label.
Harvested on September 15th at Bomboly. The must fermented naturally, and the wine was aged for 2.5 years in Hungarian oak barrels.
After an additional 2 years of bottle ageing, the wine was released in March 2025.
