Grape variety: Tinta de Toro
Ripe red fruits, vanilla and toasted aromas are dominant on the nose. Full-bodied on the palate with notes of cassis, black cherry and a hint of anise. Vivo is highly appreciated, powerful but at the same time very elegant example of the Toro region.
Controlled alcoholic fermentation at 28ºC for 20 days of vatting with skins. Malolactic fermentation in a 12,000-liter French oak barrel.
Ageing: 18 months in French barrique.
Serving temperature 14ºC -16ºC
