Grape variety: Pecorino

Aged in oak barrels for one year. Straw-yellow in colour with golden hues. Intriguing notes of chamomile, hay, butter, fruit cup, hazelnut, and gun flint.  The wine has a mineral flavour with citrus notes. Organic product.

Pairing suggestion: fish, also with sauces, roasted shellfish, smoked cheese, or nicely browned fried chicken.
