Classical "Champagne" style: toast, buttery brioche and nuts. Unconventional grape variety selection: the basis of this sparkling wine is Sangiovese and Riesling. Impressive result. Fermented in barrel for 6 months, second fermentation in bottle, minimum 12 months on lees before disgorgment in June, 2022.
