This exceptional blend represents the richly fertile loess soil of the Szekszard valleys. Fruit driven, charming wine with rounded tannins. Endless elegance. Another characteristic of wines from loess soil is that they can be enjoyed even when they are younger. An experiment with the soil and its impact on the wine – a true terroir wine.
Vinification: hand harvest, manual bunch selection, cooled fermentation in btw. 25-30C° for 17 days. Ageing in used 300 and 500 litre barrels for 24 months.
Serving temperature 16C°-18C°.
