2015 was the first vintage when the plant protection was organic on the entire vineyard. It was a lucky and carefree vintage, we were able to harvest beautiful, healthy grapes. Whole cluster pressing, the musts spontaneously fermented into wine in second - third filled 400 liter Zemplén oak barrels.
100% organic plant protection, which is indicated by the little green grasshopper on the back label.
It was harvested 15th of September at Bomboly. The must fermented naturally, the wine aged 3 years in Hungarian oak barrels.
The wine has been released in March of 2022 after 3 years of bottle ageing.
