Second soaking of the aszú berries. The already soaked and pressed aszú berries are used second time. This wine made by this method. The aszú berries soaked for twenty-four hours of than pressed again. Thanks to the vintage, this is a rich, fatty wine. It is called second aszú, or Turning. \n \nThe wine aged 18 months in oak barrel and 8 years in bottle than released in December of 2017.
