GRAPE VARIETY AND VINIFICATION
100% Prié Blanc.
The base wine undergoes its first fermentation in large wooden barrels (larch-oak) and stainless steel tanks.
Traditional bottle fermentation. Dégorgement after at least 24 months. Pas Dosé.
APPEARANCE - Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Fine and persistent bubbles.
NOSE - Refined and persistent with mineral notes.
PALATE - Elegant, dry, expressing its mountainous origin.
ALCOHOL CONTENT - 11.5% vol.
SERVING TEMPERATURE - Serve at 6-8°C.
STORAGE - Store in a cool place, avoiding prolonged exposure to light.
PAIRING - Excellent as an aperitif and throughout the meal; especially delightful with lightly grilled fish and shellfish.
