Vinification: hand harvest, manual bunch selection, cooled fermentation at 26C° for 15 days. Malolactic fermentation in inox tanks for 6 months, ageing in used 500 litre barrels for 18 months. After blending the wine, it has been aged in inox for another 6 months.
Serving temperature 17C°-19C°.
