Cinabro is made of  100% Bordò grapes, (selection of ancient plants, local Grenache clone) 

The grapes are picked, maceration in wood vats for 8 days. Ageing and malolactic fermentation in 115-litre oak barrels for 30 months. Aged in bottle for at least 6 months.

The result is a ruby red wine with red fruit aromas with a hint of herbs. Intensive, persistent, tannin-rich and very elegant wine. 

Serving temperature: 16-18°C

Food pairing: rich and highly aromatic dishes or without food just sip and enjoy 

Vol. alc: 13.5%

Residual sugar: 1.5 g/l
