Manual harvesting, maceration for about 20 days, alcoholic fermentation at a stable temperature of 28 ° C in truncated vats and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

Aged 9 months in French (50%) and American (50%) oak barrels. After ageing, the wine rests for 6 months in a French oak vat with weekly racking.

Intense cherry colour with bright violet nuances. Balanced and structured mouthfeel. Silky finish with aromas of cocoa and spices.
