Primus is the first wine in Cseri Winery’s Riesling series and represents its earliest harvest. The grapes are picked during the first week of September from the vineyards of the Huszár family. This early harvest helps retain the lively acidity and fresh fruit character that balance the wine’s 47 g/L residual sugar. The result is a harmonious and approachable expression of Rhine Riesling, combining sweetness with freshness and making it an excellent choice for warm summer days.
