Grape variety: 100% Petit Verdot

Red wine aged in French and American oak barrels for 22 months.

Intense deep, almost black colour with floral and noble wood aromas. 

Vinification: Controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks at not more than 28ºC.

Serving and pairing: 16 ºC and 18 ºC

Ideal to accompany lamb, roasts, and all kinds of cheese.
