Havas & Tímár Barrique Chardonnay 2021 Region: Eger, Hungary, Grape variety:100% Chardonnay from Eger. Alcohol by volume: 13,5%. Grapes were hand harvested in the early morning, then the skins were kept on for six hours. After the must settling, fermented and matured in two new 500-litre barrels, all while kept on fine lees..
