Babiczki Cabernet Franc 2018 is a red wine from the Mátra region, Upper Hungary, Hungary.

Grape variety: 100% Cabernet Franc.

Alcohol by volume: 13,5%.

Its fiery and dynamic fragrance is completed by a flavour reminiscent of dried red berry fruits. It has a crunchy, rich and a slightly sweetish taste. Pairing suggestion: can be perfectly paired with both red meats and red fruit desserts. The Babiczki Cabernet Franc – in spite of being young, it knows well what it wants!

Aged for one year in Flexcube — a new technology ageing tank — thus preserving its sour cherry fruitiness, then it received its spiciness and delicate woody character in French oak barrels.
