A special alternative to champagne.
The Grandalla is named after the narcissus, the national flower of Andorra, where a branch of the winemaking family has its origins. This unique cava is meant to evoke the vast meadows full of Grandalla blooming in mid-April. Grapes with a floral character were selected for the Grandalla and processed into a special cuvée. It reflects the aromas of the vintage without losing its special character.
50 months on the yeast have made it particularly fine-beaded. Its colour is straw yellow with lemon reflections. Its smell is very floral with notes of jasmine and narcissus. Its taste is fresh and soft, with notes of tropical fruits as well as apple and pear notes. The finish is fresh and long-lasting.
