Vinification: The grapes are harvested manually and selectively and vinified in red in steel tanks. Fermentation takes place with maceration on the skins for 12-15 days at a controlled temperature of 26/28 ° C. The wine then matures in wood for about 24 months. Long aging in steel and then in the bottle follows.
Visual: Deep ruby red color with violet reflections.
Olfactory: The nose is intense, and fruity, with hints of raspberries and currants, ample and fine, with spicy notes.
Taste:The flavor is dry and decisive, with the right flavor and tannins, with a slight balsamic sensation.
Pairings Very elegant wine, full-bodied, with great structure, yes it goes well with traditional Trentino dishes, roasted and braised red meats, game, grilled meats, and seasoned and savory cheeses. Also excellent as a meditation wine.
