Following fermentation in stainless steel, the wine begins what the winery calls its “meditation” in wooden barrels for at least 12 months, followed by a further 8 months of bottle ageing before release. This patient maturation brings together fruit, spice, freshness and structure in a refined expression of Torgiano Rosso.
