Grape variety: Listan negro, Syrah
The harvest is done manually, grapes are hand selected twice. After maceration for 15 to 20 days, fermentation is finished in French oak barrels for eight months.
Cherry red colour with a violet rim, black fruits, minerals such as graphite, cocoa, roasted coffee, and liquorice notes on the nose. Intense and deep fruity flavour on the palate. Balanced, fresh red wine, with soft and mature tannins which provide a long a harmonious finish.
Pairing suggestion: all kinds of red meat, sausages and cured cheese.
