Grape variety: Grenache (selection of ancient plants, local Grenache clone)
The grapes are hand picked, maceration in wooden vats for 8 days. Ageing and malolactic fermentation in 115-litre oak barrels for 30 months. Aged in bottle for at least 6 months.
The result is a ruby red wine with red fruit aromas with a hint of herbs. Intensive, persistent, tannin-rich, and very elegant wine. Organic product.
Pairing suggestion: rich and highly aromatic dishes or without food just sip and enjoy.
Serving temperature: 16°C -18°C
