Refined and made with batonnage in stainless steel tanks for 2-3 months.

Pale pink colour, fruity and flowery on the nose, long and intensive on the palate. Very refreshing and quite a complex rosé. Organic product.

Pairing suggestion: Aperitivo, fish or white meat dishes, structured and perfumed dishes.
