Fresh and vibrant, a real summer wine with fair acidity. Long lasting, intensive citrus fruit and gooseberry defines the character of the wine.

Appearance: Straw yellow colour with golden rims, clean and bright.

Aromas reminiscent of pear and roasted apple and pineapple on an enveloping background similar to brioche.

On the palate it is elegant, fine and silky. Long and persistent aftertaste reminiscent of ripe tropical fruit and a subtly toasted background.

Pairing suggestion: grilled white fish, rice and pasta accompanied by white meat or fish and soft or semi-soft cheeses.
