Grape variety: Rajnai rizling (Weißer Riesling)

The selected golden yellow bunches have been harvested in early October. Pressed in whole bunch, then fermented and matured in tanks and kept on the fine lees. Elegant, ripe stone fruit aroma, crisp acidity and a hint of salt, mineral character.
