Elegant aromas of ripe stone fruit define the wine, complemented by vibrant, crisp acidity. With 13.5% alcohol and its later harvest, Quintus shows a more structured and mature expression of Riesling while retaining the freshness that defines the variety.

V. Quintus is the fifth wine in Cseri Winery’s Riesling series, representing a dry and more mature expression of Rhine Riesling. Carefully selected golden-yellow bunches are harvested in early October, significantly later than the grapes for the earlier members of the series. The fruit is pressed as whole bunches, followed by fermentation and maturation in tanks. Extended contact with the fine lees contributes texture and complexity while preserving the wine’s purity, crisp acidity and distinctive mineral character. The result is a refined Pannonhalma Riesling that combines ripe fruit with freshness, structure and a subtle saline edge.
