Lucrezia is a wine made of 100% Passerina grape grown in the area of Ripatransone in Marche, Italy. The soil is sand with limestone presence.
The grapes are picked and collected in bins, stocked into a cold room at 0°C for 5-10 days, de-stemmed and gently crushed without oxygen. After static clarification, the yield is about 50%. Selected yeasts are inoculated. The fermentation takes places at a regulated temperature of 15°C for 30 days.
The result is a strong straw coloured wine with long lasting fruity fruity aromas.
