Grape variety: 100% Cabernet Franc
Its fiery and dynamic fragrance is completed by a flavour reminiscent of dried red berry fruits. It has a crunchy, rich and a bit of sweetish taste.  Aged for one year in Flexcube - this is a new technology ageing tank - thus preserving its sour cherry fruitiness, then it received its spiciness and delicate woody character in French oak barrels.

Pairing suggestion: can be perfectly paired with both red meats and red fruit desserts.
