Extra -virgin olive oil made of 100% Italian olives of the highest quality, cold pressed, production is compliant with the E.U.1019/02 regulation. Only limited quantity is produced of the best Taggiasca olives (single variety). The acidity of this olive oil is very low therefore fits perfectly with delicate dishes. 

Production: 2-phase pitting and cold extraction within 48 hours of olive harvest, bottling without filtration and subsequently stored in a fresh and dark underground cellar.
