Lenkey Bomboly Furmint 2020 is a single-vineyard dry Furmint from Tokaj, Hungary, naturally fermented and matured for several years before release, showcasing the distinctive character of the Bomboly vineyard. Extended barrel and bottle ageing adds depth and complexity while preserving the freshness and distinctive expression of the Bomboly vineyard. Harvested in the Bomboly vineyard on 15 September 2020, the must fermented naturally before the wine was aged for 2.5 years in Hungarian oak barrels. After a further 2 years of bottle ageing, only 991 bottles were released in March 2025. The little green grasshopper on the back label indicates the use of 100% organic plant protection.
