Appearance: deep ruby color

Nose: hint of ripe red fruits mixed with spicy notes of liquorice, vanilla and pleasant toasty aromas

Palate: round and velvety, well balanced and persistent.

Pairing: fine grilled red meat, game, matered cheese

Recommended to decant for 20-30 minutes, serving temperature 16-18 degrees
