Grape variety: Nebbiolo

The wine has a pomegranate red colour with orange reflections with an intense bouquet, anise-like, reminiscent of wild berries and flowers. A classic Barbaresco with a dry, gentle, and velvety taste, that has been matured in oak barrels for 18 months.

Pairing suggestion: goes perfectly well with roasts, game, seasoned cheeses, excellent at the end of the meal.
