This is a rare, mature sweet wine, born from a particularly difficult vintage and challenging growing conditions. Despite the demanding year, the result is a clean and precise sweet wine shaped by exceptionally long maturation. Wine Type: Sweet wine Alcohol: 13.0% vol. Residual Sugar: 91.2 g/l Acidity: 6.94 g/l Production: 630 bottles Release: September 2023 Ageing: 3.5 years in oak barrels + 5 years in bottle A clean and concentrated sweet wine, combining pronounced sweetness with refreshing acidity. Its extended barrel and bottle ageing contributes maturity, depth and complexity while maintaining a precise, balanced character. The grape clusters were crushed using a roller crusher and macerated for 24 hours before being pressed as whole clusters. The must, harvested at 30°, fermented in oak barrels. The wine then spent 3.5 years in barrel followed by 5 years of bottle ageing before its release in September 2023. Only 630 bottles were produced.
