Grape variety: Tempranillo
After twelve months in French oak barrels followed by 24 months’ bottle ageing, the Gran Buche is born. A soft, elegant and complex wine big in flavour with a bouquet of mature fruit and hints of nuts, cocoa, cedar.
Pairing suggestion: Iberian sausages, strong flavoured cheeses, goose products, hearty stews and red meats.
