Grape variety: Tempranillo
Once the manually harvested Tempranillo grapes are picked and aged in French and American oak barrels for eight months, they result in Buche, an intense and exuberant wine, cherry red in colour, and full of fruity flavour with notes of vanilla, toffee, white coffee. It can be paired with game meat, red meat, sausages, goose products and dark chocolate.
