100% Grignolino grapes, an old variety with origins in the Monferrato region.

Bright ruby colour, delicate bouquet with a hint of rose and spices. On the palate raspberry and almond are the most characteristic notes. Slightly tannic.

Vinification: Skin contact for a few days, fermentation and ageing in stainless steel tank and in bottle.

Food pairing: goes well with starters and also with main courses made with white meat and tasty bluefish. Fits well with vegetable dishes and vegetarian cuisine in general.
