Bubbles from Tokaj, made from 100% Furmint. The “methode tradtionnelle” (or "pezsgő" in Hungarian) from Tokaj Nobilis is fresh with intensive fruit aromas. A delicate bouquet of apple crumble with lemon zest and quince. The palate is elegant and long, with notes of quince, apple blossom, a hint of biscuity autolysis and a graceful yet crisp finish. A competitive alternative of Champagne. Organic product.
