Grape varieties: 90% Merlot, 6% Cabernet Sauvignon, 1% Syrah, 3% Kadarka
Vineyards: Hidaspetre, Bakta, Virághegy, Lisztes-völgy
Age of vines: 8, 46 and 100 years
Soil: chalky loess with red clay
Date of harvest: 7th-16th October 2016
Vinification: hand harvest, manual bunch selection, cooled fermentation at 26⁰C for 15 days. Malolactic fermentation in inox tanks for 6months, ageing in used 500 litre of barrels for 18 months. After blending the wine, it has been aged in inox for another 6 months.
