Bikavér (Bull’s Blood) is Hungary’s historically important traditional wine. An elegant and complex blend with rich spiciness and beautiful balance. One of Hungary’s premium Bikavér wines. Vinification: hand harvest, manual bunch selection, cooled fermentation at 28C° for 16 days. Ageing in inox tanks for 6 months, then 70% in 1000 litre, 30% in 300 and 500 litre used barrels for 24 months.
