100% Verdejo, Fermented in barrels.
Made entirely of Verdejo grapes from La Pardina estate, fermented in French oak barrels of 500 liters, where it is aged on lees for 7 months, over which there has been a weekly “batonage”, resulting in an elegant and robust wine, where the varietal provides freshness, and the oak a very interesting complexity.
Limited Production: 3,000-5,000 bottles
APPEARANCE: Brilliant and clear straw yellow colour with golden highlights.
NOSE: Spicy tones, vanilla, lightly toasted, conjoined with fruity tones and aniseed characteristic of Verdejo.
PALATE: It has a great mouthfeel coupled with a touch of acidity that adds freshness to the whole.
